How to Fix Bad Breath

How Smoking and Vaping Impact Your Dental Health

-Try and keep your mouth from getting dry- Whether you do this in the form of chewing gum to promote saliva production or you take medication for dry mouth issues, keeping your mouth from getting too dry can help with preventing any further dental issues. 
-Refrain from alcohol and other drug usage

Best Practices for Healthy Teeth!

Taking care of your teeth is probably a high priority on your list of ways to care for yourself! 1. Brush Your Teeth

If you can brush after every meal, that would be even better, but ultimately brushing once in the morning and once before you go to bed is sufficient!
