Why Dental Health is SO Important


Everything you eat or drink, even most of the air you breathe, travels through your mouth. That means a lot of bacteria builds up in your mouth throughout the day. Accessed 18 June 2021.) found that there may be a correlation between Alzheimer’s and insufficient oral hygiene. In studying Alzheimer patients, researchers discovered that numerous patients had a pathogen in their brains that has been linked to gum disease.

How to Reduce Sugar This Summer!

Sugar feeds the bacteria on and in between your teeth, allowing them to grow and cause decay in the tooth enamel. Eat More Protein


Protein is a necessary nutrient to our diets, and it also helps you feel full for longer. If you feel full throughout the day, you are less likely to feel like snacking on unhealthy treats and sweets. Protein can help diminish your cravings as well, because your body doesn’t feel like it is in need of more nutrients.

Eat Fruits & Vegetables


Fruit contains natural sugars that are significantly better for you than table sugar. Eating a handful of berries or an apple could help satisfy your sweet tooth while also providing good vitamins, minerals, and fiber to your diet. A lot of people are scared that it will be obvious they're wearing dentures because they've seen comedy scenes in movies where the dentures are too large, don't fit well, or even fall out. The FEEL of Dentures


The other fear some people have is what the dentures will feel like. Will it affect their speech and cause their mouth to make slurring or clicking noises when they talk?
